Hunting Rules & Regulations

MEMBERS

1. Each person in the field must be wearing an article of HUNTER ORANGE above the waist (hat or vest).  Safety glasses are recommended.
2. No ground shooting!!  DO NOT shoot low flying birds.  It is a danger to other hunters and dogs.
3. No drinking of alcoholic beverages prior to or during a hunt.
4. Show common courtesy to others by NOT going into fields where others are hunting and by NOT pass shooting birds others have flushed.
5. NO shooting across roads, ditches or into brush and woods when your view is not clear.
6. NO 10 gauge or 12 gauge magnum shells.  NO shot shells smaller than #8 or larger than #5.
7. Dogs MUST be under complete control at all times.  All dogs must be leashed except while in the field.
8. All hunters must have valid Missouri hunting license.  Any hunters twelve to eighteen years of age MUST be accompanied in the field by a licensed adult hunter at all times.
9. PLEASE DO NOT  pluck or draw birds in the field.
10. NO LITTERING of the field with cans, bottles, etc.
11. EVERYONE MUST read and sign the liability waiver.  Waiver for hunters under eighteen must be signed by a parent or guardian.
